"The location of the hotel is perfect for sightseeing, eating, shopoing, the airport and the cruise terminal. The staff was helpful but may need to have a better understanding of the train which is right next door and the hop on hop off process and stop which is literally across the street Stop #18. Also because this hotel houses a lot of cruisers, knowing the address to the cruise terminal port or having dedicated taxi drivers who know is a must."

"Pros: very clean, attractive hotel with an outstanding breakfast buffet. Areas for improvement: fitness center is cramped and doesn't open until 7am, which almost renders it unusable for those with early morning agenda. Was very difficult to cool the room, even in September."

"Near to Airport. Good place to stay if you have an early flight. Provide complimentary shuttle bus to airport is a huge plus. Close to a large mall, about 15 mins walk. Road along hotel was undergoing construction and hence vehicular access is limited especially if uber does not know the detour route."
