"Free parking is only available on the street. Hotel charges $10 for underground parking. We stayed in a pet friendly room on the 2nd floor which was not cleaned properly. Lake is a 10 minute walk. Overall the hotel is outdated."

"The pools are relaxing and offer a range of temperatures. Relaxing but also fun and easy going for families with young children. The pools, especially the cooler pool really needs a good scrub. Lots of black slime along the pool edge. With a good clean this place could be heavenly. Didn't see anyone cleaning the pool or washrooms during our stay. The shared bathroom and sauna was quite filthy and smelled terrible. Needs to be cleaned throughout the day.The East wing is 100 years old this year which is cool, only it really needs a clean as it smells awful. We were gagging on our walk to our room when we checked in. The carpets are filthy in the hallways. Along the inside of our bedroom window there was very noticable black mold growing. I was told by others who stayed previously that the hotel needs major elbow grease and they weren't lying! The pool outside is a natural beauty, I really enjoyed soaking in the mineral pools. The hot indoor pool was extra relaxing. The beds were comfortable and our fridge kept our food and drinks cold. My only complaints are the cleanliness of the hotel. The rooms were mostly clean minus needing deep cleaning. "
