Quality inn in Killeen is an Amazing Hotel.The Staff were great. The Rooms were great, clean.This is Our Hotel every time we come to Killeen ,TX to see our Son. He is in the US Army. And he is stationed at Fort Cavazos

Tried calling to cancel but front desk clerk wouldn’t cancel reservation because it was booked through Expedia. It didn’t matter that it wasn’t my fault that my flight was delayed, (which caused me to miss a funeral). Still ended up having to pay for 1 full night because it wasn’t cancelled 24 hrs in advance.

The hotel was just off the freeway and looked a little dated. The refrigerator in my room was so noisy that I couldn't sleep. The tv satellite barely worked.

The room we were placed in was in poor condition it was clean but things within the room were broken also the buttons for the ac were broken but still functioned and the room had a odd smell along with the rest of the building

Nice overnight stay for a great price

Very clean rooms, many channels to choose from on tv, good breakfast and a large enough parking area to park my big truck. Also a small but nice fitness center with treadmills and dumbbells.

We really enjoy our stay. The Front Desk Clerk was very professional and very welcome. Explained the dos and don'ts of the stay. Once inside the room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast could be a little better. The eggs, gravy, bacon, and biscuits were warm, should be hot. Everything else was great.
