“The hosts are helpful and friendly. The room was very comfortable, with a great view, and a private bathroom close by. There was a kettle in the room, with tea, coffee, fresh milk and drinking water. The dining room is quite grand, with another excellent view. We could help ourselves to fruit, juice and yogurt, the bread had just been made, and the cooked part of the breakfast was also excellent. Parking is next to the house, well away from the road. We will be back if we stay in the area again.”

“We were made very welcome by Wendy and Lawrence on our arrival. We sat outside in the sunny garden with a mug of tea and a caramel bar. We had the entire dining room to ourselves. There was a great selection of cereals available and the traditional breakfast was delicious. The beds were comfortable and the bathroom spacious. ”

“A lovely warm greeting from Tim, he gave us all the information we needed and when he found out we had to leave the following morning by 6am, he went above and beyond for us. Made sure we knew where all the breakfast bits and bobs were and gave us a demo for the hot water. Tim then proceeded to set a table up ready and waiting for us in the morning. Nothing was too much trouble for Tim, he is an excellent host, food advisor and a parking advisor too! The whole place was spotless and smelt...
