하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에서의 숙박은 매우 쾌적하고 편안한 경험이었습니다. 접수에서 만난 지미와 수리는 정말 놀랍고 친절했습니다. 지미 덕분에 우리는 마지막 순간에 합리적인 가격으로 하롱베이와 사파 투어를 예약할 수 있었습니다. 로얄 팰리스 호텔을 통해 투어를 예약했기 때문에 지미는 추가 비용 없이 우리의 방을 점보 사이즈 가족 룸으로 업그레이드 해주었습니다 :) 와이파이는 좋았고, 방은 깨끗했으며, 아침 식사는 괜찮았고 직원들은 친절하고 세심하게 도와주었습니다. 우리는 다시 하노이 로얄 팰리스 호텔에 머물 것입니다.

To Jimmi and the team!!! Thank you so much for everything. I will definitely coming back. I really enjoyed my stay. OMG! The bed absolutely amazing. The location perfect for me. It’s busy streets but I don’t hear anything from the room. And that’s a big plus! My partner love it too!
