โI was surprised with level of the hotel..i belive it is not 4 star level ..maybe 2 or 3..
The staff are not professional ..in my room which is juniors suite; for 2 nights i couldn't sleep due to the bad smell ( food smell) like if someone is cooking in my room.
The breakfast was with very limited choices. โ
โVery grand hotel and friendly staff. Was upgraded and the room was extremely spacious with an amazing view n very tidy. Definitely coming back again.โ
โI like the modern style of the hotel. Very nice, quiet, clean. Close to everything I need. Food is good.
Hard boiled eggs are EASY to peal ... you do not find that at every hotel you go to .... sadly.โ

This one in Riyadh makes no exception.
NOTE: the air conditioning is noisy, so one may be willing to shut it down at night. With obvious consequences...โ
