"It was a great Experience staying here, Especially the welcome at the Reception, By Mr Gaith Shareef, After a 12 hour long flight, One would Expect such a warm welcome. Rooms and washrooms are Clean and Spotless. There's no disturbance from the service Team unless called upon. Definately I'd suggest this place and it'll be my place to stay every time I'm here. "

"Buon hotel, camera pulita e grande abbastanza. L'AC in camera è un po' troppo rumorosa. La cosa che ho apprezzato di più è la zona palestra/piscina, molto ben tenuta con tutti gli attrezzi necessari; piscina da circa 25m...per chi ama nuotare."

"I had a wonderful 3 night stay at DoubleTree by Hilton. The staff were incredibly welcoming and made me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. My room was clean, quite spacious, and included a small kitchenette, along with a large bathroom featuring both a shower and a bathtub. The king size bed was extremely comfortable, and I loved how well the hotel is connected to Al Andalus Mall. There are also plenty of parking spaces, which makes it very convenient. Unfortunately, I didn’t get a chance to check out the pool, which I should have, it looked quite good in pictures. Overall, an excellent stay and highly recommended!"

"Booked 2 family suites. They gave us one and we had to tell them to give us the suite we booked and changed rooms. Then we got to the rooms and no towels. Asked for 6 towels since there were 3 people staying in each room, and they only gave us 2 towels saying that they didn’t have enough so we had to share. There were stains on the bedsheets and floor. No shower curtains so water dripped everywhere"
