"I turned up at the hotel (after a bus journey from Petra ) only to get some excuse from staff about maintenance work in my room!!
Truth is, Zaman have a very old booking system and because of their location and price, get over booked.
I was then sent by Zaman to their 'sister' hotel the Hotel Arabesque, in a completely different area of Amman.
Zaman Ya Zaman, it is 2023!!!! Modernise!!!
Zaman could have contacted me to tell me or cancelled my booking earlier...."

"The hotel is not on the center of the city but it is very comfortable. I like the breakfast, the room was nice and clean. You will need transportation to go to the main attractions of the city but the hotel is worthy."

"We spent three nights at this wonderful hotel when we traveled to Jordan from US. The Cliff Hotel locates exactly in central downtown so that almost all taxi drivers know where the hotel is. The owner and staffs are absolutely honest and friendly. They provided daily tour for us to Madaba, Mount Nebo, and Dead Sea. They even drove us to the King Hussein Bridge Crossing across the board to Jerusalem. The Cliff Hotel thinks about their customer first and takes care of us very much. They make you...

"We booked this hotel because of the free breakfast, even though there is no free parking provided. We stayed there three nights and found street parking nearby, not an issue. The free breakfast was basic but good enough, we liked it. The room is a bit old but fine by us, as air conditioning is strong enough to have a good night sleep.
The hotel is very close to the city center and a free market, so we can have dinner and bought lots of fruit and cucumber at a bargain price. Overall we like it here."
"This is a great place to stay when you're visiting Amman, the rooms are great and the view from the terrace is spectacular. After more than a week away from home, it was so lovely to get some laundry done and enjoy some quiet time sitting outside with a cup of tea.
The owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. Coordinating my arrival and departure was very easy, and he had good recommendations for the area.
The neighborhood is a balance of quiet but fairly close to many things you'd want to see or do around town. You can get a good night's sleep without hearing the late night sounds of car horns or noisy neighborhood restaurants and shops. I would definitely come back here again the next time I'm in Amman."
