The issue is the staff I forgot my watch in the room called the hotel no response, sent a message to the hotel still no response, talked to central reservation they tried to reach out to the hotel no response until now 17.02 on 17May I haven’t been able to get hold of the hotel."

"Somehow we were booked in a handicap room. Bathroom was very institutional and pillows were flat and no cushioning. We had stayed in a different room the week before and that was fine. But this one was not worth the high price.Also some kind of stain on the comforter."

"Hotel is intended for business travelers. Rooms are clean with amenities. Didn’t use the pool, the hotel had several parties, weddings which left no parking for residents and we had to pay for parking!"

"Probably my worst hotel experience of all time, and that's saying something. They couldn't locate my reservation, they sent me away once, I came back and made them look further and they finally found it ("hey, here it is !!"). But by then they had no rooms, except a huge room that cost double what I reserved, so I paid double, it was either that or sleep in my car. Awful experience, especially after driving all day."

"The room was fine, but there wasn't coffee in the room. The staff at the counter needed a credit card for everything if you booked with Expedia, so the "market" couldn't be charged to your room. I booked our room with Expedia but put my wife's name first, so they wouldn't let me check in until she got there. Overall, the staff was surly, rude, and not helpful. There were 300 high school students staying at the hotel the same night we were there and there was no coordination for checkout and the staff didn't do anything to make it better. The WiFi didn't work at ALL. Repeated calls to the front desk didn't help. I finally got service with my Wyndham Rewards account, but this isn't Wyndham service. This isn't a nice hotel by service standards. This is a budget hotel run by people who are counting on you never coming back there. I don't know why it has the Wyndham name attached to it, it shouldn't."
