โVery friendly and helpful staff; food was good; the only downside was beyond their control: access to the car park was awkward because of scaffolding and the bus stop outside . Otherwise a lovely place to stay.โ
โUnfortunately our stay had to be cut short by 2 days as my back could not tolerate the only bed in the property which is lumpy and hard. Think of a bag of potatoes and you wouldnโt be far off.

โStayed overnight whilst spending a few days fishing on the local river. A warm welcome on arrival and a nice little clean room with everything I needed (comfy bed, warm shower, tv etc). Breakfast was freshly cooked and very good value at ยฃ9.85. Beer was also very good and a great selection. Staff were really friendly and happy to have a natter. Look forward to returning next year!โ
