"When booking a small English hotel this is *exactly* what I was looking for. Little neighborhood pub on the ground floor (excellent food, BTW), quirky little hallway up the winding staircase to our room. Clean, super hot water, tea in room. I was extremely bummed to miss breakfast due to an early flight. Also easy walk from the train station!"

The hotel bars and restaurants were exemplary and wonderful places to hang out. Breakfast was spectacular and it was a joy to be able to leave the hotel almost directly to Eurostar check in.
