"Receptionists are friendly and helpful. Very frankly, the location is wonderful specially if u travel by Eurostar. Room is a bit small but still ok. The only thing that I criticize is no refrigerator !"

"Comfortable, modern, clean room with queen a bed with access on both sides of the bed. Lots of shelf space in the bathroom, and in the room itself. Check in was easy with lots of staff available for assistance. We would stay there again for sure!"

"Every staff member (except for one bar person who perhaps was having a bad day) was fantastic. Really friendly, engaging and interested in the guests. They clearly wanted guests to enjoy their experience while in the hotel. Our room was perfect, beautifully decorated and very relaxing after a day out. We couldn't have had a better time. The only niggle was with working out the final bill at checkout. The itemisation was unclear and we had been charged for items we hadn't ordered (or told were comped). This was dealt with without issue at reception but shouldn't have been necessary. I'd recommend, if you charge drinks/ food to your room, to ask for a full printout for each day. Otherwise you're just presented with a total and expected to guess if it's correct. My suggestion to management would be to improve this step to ease the checkout process. I would highly recommend staying here!"

"The check-in was flawless and Chennelle was cheery, bright and really helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and stylise with an art deco feel. Lovely hotel and would definitely stay again!"
