“Clean room”

“The Hotel Is Near Kings Dominion, so place is good. I have to pay in Dennis for the breakfast, because Hotel doesn't have the free breakfast. Dennis is good place but need my money for that. Even for that, II will visit again. *^^*”

“The room was recently renovated and it is very nice, the mattresses and pillows were excellent and so comfortable. The walk-in shower was awesome and plenty of hot water. The coffee is fresh ground - delicious. The staff were kind and friendly and check in was spot on. I stayed at a Hampton the night before and this was so much better. ”

“Look… We were in a jam. We reserved a $240/night room in Richmond and it was unsafe. There were no other rooms in RVA so we had to branch out. The room at Days Inn Ashland was a little sketchy, at best. ”

“Roaches !!! They checked in, we checked out. Now know why motel 6 leaves the light on for ya”

“We stayed 2 days and 2 nights. We had no television remote, therefore no entertainment, not even music for the entire stay. I even asked them to provide us with a tv remote after the first night, and explained the problems we were we were having getting anything on the tv to work without it. And still, even after promising to bring us another remote, they never came. Additionally, there was no exhaust fan in the restroom, nor was there a working smoke detector or fire alarm device in the room...

“The worst hotel I have ever seen. We arrived and they were overbooked because of an event nearby so we were forced to upgrade one of our rooms. The condition was terrible. No hot water, a toilet leaking all over the floor, everything including the toilets and towels were dirty and disgusting. It seems that the owners live on site and don't have any staff so everything is falling apart. The mattress on the pull out couch was vile. We put our kids on the beds and wouldn't let them touch the floor...

“Okay but sheets are thin and feel synthetic. Breakfast okay but yogurt from a machine stating it included real cane sugar....?”

“Parking is fine. Front staff person was rude. Waited 20 minutes to get checked in. Noone was at the desk and when they arrived didn't apologize for the wait”

“Drug paraphernalia on the nightstand. Sheets have stains , sink and room not cleaned before checkin. Left this hotel mid-stay to go to another. Expedia nor the hotel refunded my stay even though I provided pictures”

“The property look like it needs to be better maintained. The bathtub was chipped. It looks like there should be some painting done. ”
