Book the house out for a group of friends and I to stay as we all explored activities in the area.
Facilities were good and the house was in great condition for us upon arrival.
Stand out was the communication between us and a representative who answered all our questions and helped us with our stay.โ
โVery dirty bathroom, beds had miss match bedding & pillow cases on. No banister on the stairs, holes in the wall, lights not working, wardrobes were broken. Used the beds to sleep and left very early on to go grab showers elsewhere before starting our day โ
โEverything was perfect, the room was so big and nice, the bathroom was amazing, and they even gave gowns, towels, a hair dryer and an iron. The pillows and bed were exceptional too. My only gripe was that the TV wasn't a smart TV so you couldn't watch netflix or YouTube on it, other than that my stay was perfect.โ

On arrival staff explained procedures clearly and helped us locate the nearby shop!

โReally nice clean modern hotel. We booked it as we were attending a show at the Symphony Hall and the hotel was ideal being just a 5 minute walk away. The Bullring shopping centre is around 10-15 minute walk.
Parking is easy and is around ยฃ17 a day, payable via a QR code on exit.
Our Double air conditioned room was spacious with a giant comfy bed. It was clean and modern. Only minor negative point was the small bath and shower which didn't leave much room for manoeuvring.
