โElm Grove is quiet and surrounded by countryside. The hotel has a tennis court and Croquet on the lawn. We had a lovely meal on our first evening, but they don't serve meals every night. Our room was large and comfortable and a dressing room was a bonus. Highly recommended.โ
โRoom was pleasant, the bed was very comfortable & with lovely soft pillows.
Towels were soft with a very pleasant smell that filled the bathroom. Only small complaints was the lack of Decaffeinated coffee & tea sachets, which you now expect in most establishments. Also the small TV was stuck in the corner of the room, but this only a minor problem.
The staff were pleasant & chatty & the breakfast was very nice.
This is a very nice guesthouse in a nice area, with several self-catering cottages...
โBreakfasts were superb and staff were really friendly and helpful. They clearly enjoy their work and it came across as a happy working environment which makes the guests stays all the more enjoyable.
The only slight negative (of which nothing can be done) were some squeaky floorboards but, otherwise, the bedroom was comfortable and clean. It says a lot about the Broadmead that everything was great except for a couple of silly floorboards.โ

โSue on reception was fab, she took us to our room, showed us around the hotel and was very friendly. The hotel room was spacious and bed was comfy, and breakfast service was first class. Would highly recommend โ

โGood bed, good sized shower, good breeze through the window. The breakfast hours are too early nd too short, and you apparently have to reserve a table for dinner, but they do room service and it was quick and delicious. They desperately need WiFi extenders.โ

โAmazing location, minutes away from both the beach and selection of pubs / restaurants. Both Steve and Amy were lovely and happy to help.
The room had everything you needed and was spotless. Would definitely recommend for a short break. Added bonus of a free car park too.โ
โThis small pub with 8 rooms for accommodation is an excellent base for a few days to explore some of the many highlights in this area. The pub restaurant offered a good chouce, the pub was convivial. The daily included breakfast was excellent and the server very helpful. Plenty of parking makes for a stress free experience.โ
