Good basic stay in Kingsport

Room was clean, comfortable in most ways, and very quiet. Unfortunately, it was also very humid. When I put on clean clothes the next morning, I felt the dampness. There was a layer of moisture on the wood floor.

Was passing through town and decided to stay the night here. Office staff is very nice. Got my room and it was nice, smelled good and was updated. Shower was clean with awesome water pressure. The owners are great people who are very friendly and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.

Room was clean, water was hot, water pressure was good, housekeeping cleaned, necessities were all there, staff were competent and friendly. Close to hospital which was what I needed. But breakfast was Hostess cupcakes and a banana, not really worth calling breakfast.

OK cheap place to stay

This is a totally basic, no frills room. Fairly clean, but definitely worn around the edges. Sheets and blankets were very thin and bed wasn't super comfy but wasn't awful either. Towels were very small and thin. Mircowave and small frig worked adequately. Shower had awesome pressure, really powerful and lots of hot water. I stayed 4 nights but was only in the room to sleep so it got the job done fairly inexpensively.

Check in was awesome. The lady was so nice and helpful and gave suggestions for dinner when we asked. However, when I went to take a shower both soap and shampoo containers were empty. When I told the checkout guy he was rude.

Nothing like the pictures online…. Much older and worn looking. Blacktop in parking lot broken up, old bedding with tears on thinning linens. Minimal breakfast in very small room. No USB connection. The upside was the shower was Hot and good water pressure. If we hadn’t been so tired from all day drive would have switched and found something better.

i felt unsafe, the area of town is dirty and you can tell people are using drugs all around you and it was noisy and the rooms were adjoining and my door rattled occasionally like if someone were trying to open it. The energy is bad, the ac vent was super dusty like if the air was dirty. I didn't even shower. it was gross
