We had a three night stay here and it was magnificent! We had a quiet night just drinking a couple of beers on the master balcony. Damian was an attentive, host Excellent place to stay in Kingston!

It worked well for us because my family just needed a clean, quiet, and safe apartment to stay in overnight to check out early and go to the airport the next morning. The view of the city lights was a nice surprise, my little one enjoyed it. Mr Anserson is also a very good host. I would try this apartment for a longer stay.

Very good view of the city lights at nights.

The apartment had every thing we needed to feel at home. It was not ordinary apartment, it seems everything was supersize. In the evenings we poured 🍷 🍷 🍷 and an drink and watched at the city lights comes on slowly. Nice vibes...

Not the cheapest but is was a bargain

A decent place away from the center, but in a very safe and secure area. No staff on site watching over things, only face to face was at check in and check out which gave us a sense of home. The room size are good, actually the rooms are huge! Overall decent experience, probably the cheaper places in Kingston would not have a Jacuzzi or such a great view so glad we stayed at this one.

Guest centric management.

We got there a bit early and the manager was in traffic (holiday season). We waited 13 minutes and they offered a bottle of complimentary wine (35 USD value) which really impressed us. My wife enjoyed the two nights.

THREE DAYS WAS NOT ENOUGH

It is not a 5 star luxury apartment, we knew that based on the amount we paid, but it is a very nice apartment and the young lady who manages it was very kind to me and my wife. These apartments around Kingston, some are good and others are so so, this is one of the good ones because of the amenities, everything being super clean and the beds remind me of my military days. When we walked in, I could tell they put real effort in preparing the place for us and we appreciate that.

Unusual space. An apt that feels like a mansion

Jah know, I really did not want to leave. The stay was not long enough. There is something very special about the space. I would buy a space like this one. I would recommend trying it out.

Safe apartment that made us fell at home

Ms Thompson was very responsive throughout and ensured that I had the amenities to make my stay comfortable. This space is located just far enough out of Kingston epicenter for you to feel safe at the end og the day. It is your best bet if visiting Kingston for the first time.

The property is very good. But, the list itself did not say you need call the property manager before you arrive and extra cleaning charges upon arrival. It is only list in the itinerary. If you did not pay attention, the door was looked and took long time before any nice local people can help you can the manager. During our stay, there at least 2 group people had the same issue. If you did not bring enough cash, the extra clean charge will catch you. In my opinion, if they add the note and the extra charge in the list page, more people will give better review. The property is far from attraction, so have rental call will be handy

Very Spacious Apartment and Great View

It is a modern and warm design. We loved its location. Very quiet rooms with super spacious bathroom! Located in one of the better neighborhood in Kingston and very quiet!

Very comfortable and spacious apartment

Very comfortable beds. I put the pillows at the foot of the bed and just fall asleep watching the city lights. It is actually cool in November, I sleep with the windows and balcony door open.

Hands down one of the best apartment we have rented in Kingston after seven visits. Don't get me wrong this is not a ground floor apartment so you have to go upstairs but even that has its reward - nice view of the city. The manager was very helpful in getting us settled, she even helped us out with a lat check-out. I find this apartment to be budget friendly and not bad for an extended stay.

Lovely stay, the manager was warm and welcoming and they were easy to do business with. The battery in the gate remote died and they sent maintenance with a replacement remote in 20 minutes. It is not often that smaller accommodations are so professional. The apartment was super clean and look just like the photos. The space was comfortable for 6 people which was the size of our party. I will bring my kids there for Easter next year.

This was my second time renting this location. Each time was a good experience. The manager accommodated my request for a 9am check in and offered use insight on setting up a day trip to Ocho Rios. Will definitely be back.

The apartment is about 2-3 minutes removed for the city noised. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful. The manager arranged our airport pick up and drop off and we used the same driver Ricardo to take us around. Kingston is a very interesting place with an abundance in culture and nightlife. We are planning a second trip and definitely booking here again.

It was better than just OK. It rained for the three days we were in Kingston so we spend most of the time indoor. Some board games would have been appreciated but the cable service and Netflix made up for that. All amenities including the AC, WiFi and hot water worked so there is nothing to really complain about. Very nice view at night especially. Good impression on us.

Windy summers days slightly after it rained, it was so cool we didn't even bothered with the air condition for the three nights we stayed, it was especially very cool at nights. Every thing look like the photos online and the manager was very professional. We tried to extend our stay but the hotel in Ocho Rios would not allow us to cancel so we had to keep our prior plans. We would recommend this apartment to other international travelers heading to Kingston.

Third time and you deliver all the time. Thank you for making the maid arrangements for us. It was lovely getting up to the smell of a big Jamaican beakfast every morning. I am not such a fan of fried dumplings in the morning but my husband love it. I wish the apartment was on the groud floor but the view is worth the while. We enjoy your space and will be back next year.
