Clean and friendly staff. Very popular hotel - very busy because it’s in a convenient location. Close to 401 and downtown Kingston is not to far. Bus stop at the hotel doorstep and the restaurant across the parking lot is great - reasonable, big menu and clean. This is a good spot and great price. Lots to do in Kingston!!!

We had a fantastic stay. We picked this hotel for the price. There's shopping and eating all around and it was a short drive to tourist attractions. The rooms were clean and continental breakfast was typical for this hotel banner. The 4 star rating is solely based on the pool area. Around the hot tub there appears to be peeling paint and the surrounding area of the pool is mold. Overall it was a great stay.

We all loved the pool and the jacuzzi. Clean room and comfortables bed. So easy to get in by slide door behind the room right to the parking lot. Breakfast was boiled eggs, crepes, bread, beagels, cereal, coffee, orange and apples jus, fruits apples and bananas :-)
