Great location and a really lovely 1 bedroom apartment tastefully done and with all amenities- even robes! For less than the cost of a hotel room in downtown Kingston. Our unit was newly built/renovated but with historical brick, high ceilings, full kitchen/breakfast bar, living area, bathroom with a big shower and lots of vanity space and storage. We were only there for a night for a Queens event for one of our daughters, but this unit would be completely comfortable for longer stays too. Easily walk to shops and restaurants on Princess, to Queens campus, and the waterfront. Will definitely stay here again next time we visit Kingston. We had a slight issue with the check in code not working but messaged and it was rectified immediately. A great stay.

This property was newly renovated, and extremely clean. Communication with the host was excellent. It is tricky to find parking and it's not very convenient for unloading, etc. One suggestion is that a blind in the kitchen would be a great addition for privacy, since it looks directly into a neighbouring property. The building is beautiful but not in a very nice area; however it is close to downtown.

Lovely space that is well equipped and clean. It’s not entirely what I expected as most pictures showed a space with brick walls and large windows, and our unit was on the main level. The unit was smaller, with smaller windows, no brick walls and not as much natural light. Everything else was good and the instructions were clear.

It was a nice suite in a great building with beautiful landscaping and location. The air conditioner was leaking water on to the floor when I got to the suite. When I mentioned this to the hotel, they said they would look into it but I never received an update and nothing was done. We had to keep the air conditioning off at night so that the drips wouldn’t disturb us. There was also a car already in our assigned parking spot when we got there. We parked in an adjacent spot and let the hotel know- they made us move our car again to an offsite spot further away from the suite because another guest would be parking in the alternate spot we chose. We asked if we could have our assigned spot back, they said yes, however nothing was done and the car remained there for our whole stay. It was our honeymoon suite- we though at the price we paid we would have a more comfortable experience. It was also very unfortunate that housekeeping was only available upon request- if that was made clear to us we would have asked for it, but by the time we looked into it, we were already leaving. A bit of a let down for our honeymoon suite!
