"Hotel was right off the highway, so was very noisy. Room was dingy and very outdated. Toilet barely flushed, there were ants in the bathroom. The sheets seemed cleaned, but bed was very uncomfortable. My card quit working for no reason, so I had to go to the office to reactivate it. I bought a pop from the vending machine. It was all sticky and was barely cold. I did not feel safe leaving my belongings in the room, so I took them with me whenever I left."

"Nice room with additional amenities. Beds, comforter, sheets, pillows and towels were clean and fresh. Bed and pillows were comfortable. The room itself was clean and in great shape. However, the bathroom needed a better cleaning. The back of bathroom door and handle was dirty. Shower floor, shower doors, shower track and behind the toilet should have been cleaned. The breakfast was very limited and food was fine. Hotel front desk staff were fantastic! The property was well maintained. Parking was ample. Great location close to highway, gas station, tons of restaurants. I would recommend and will stay again."

"I left my toiletry bag in my room full of all of my toiletries. I called the front desk and explained to them. She said she would check into it and call me right back. I never heard from her. I called again and was told she would check into it and call me. I never heard from her either."

"The staff are amazing! I had called to let them know that we’d have a late check-in and had to call back twice since we kept being delayed. The staff were very kind and accommodating. Checking in after 1:00 am and finding spotless rooms, comfortable beds and updated bathrooms was so nice. Breakfast was good—loved making the mini waffles!"
