"The hotel itself is incredible, the staff are helpful and friendly and the room was excellent.
A couple of negative comments: I stayed in Room 7 which was a real trek from the reception area including a very tight set of steps at the end. Very difficult with a suitcase.
The parking gave great confusion. On the noticeboards in the car park it clearly states that your car registration has to be declared in the hotel and parking paid for. I duly registered my car for the number of nights on the keypad. When I asked about payment, one member of staff told me there was nothing to pay as I was a hotel guest. Another member of staff told me I did need to pay. When I left I again inquired about parking and was told there was nothing to pay and indeed refused to take my money. It was then qualified by the statement 'if you receive a parking fine, contact us and we will void it'. I didn't fill me with confidence that the staff do not appear to know whether or not hotel guests are required to pay for parking or not. It is to be seen whether I receive a fine or not..."
