"A fabulous hotel , great location, excellent staff , very comfortable clean rooms , and a huge choice of food at breakfast , will return here next time I visit "

d. A/C was spitting water, until called to clean the filter, and insisted on getting it cleaned right away.

"Our stay was beyond fantastic and it wasn't because u upgraded us or whether u included BF and early check in. Of course, we appreciate every bit of it.
What stood out is the proactive nature of everyone we met within Hilton and outside (car drives managed by Hilton).
Prior to this I thought Trident in Mumbai set the standards. But in fact think u have surpassed them. Every one has made a great impact while we were there.

Arun the chef and many more who I can't remember the names. Each and everyone was impeccable and even that is an understatement.
There is no other place I will stay in Bangalore and possibly elsewhere where possible.
