“Das Zimmer war sehr schön, wenn auch etwas dunkel. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sowohl an der Rezeption, als auch beim Frühstück. Konnten bereits am Vormittag einchecken, was sehr angenehm war. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Wellness-Bereich ist etwas verwinkelt und verteilt. War jedoch in Ordnung. Klare Empfehlung! ”

My cousin and I needed to keep our bags somewhere while we snowboarded at kitzski, since our checkout time was at 10am, they allowed us to keep our bags in a separate room. “The room was very clean, the location was incredible, and the staff were consistently friendly and extremely helpful. Both breakfast and dinner were excellent - plenty of variety, great quality, and meals we genuinely looked forward to each day. Unfortunately, we weren’t able to enjoy the sauna, pool, or gym facilities, as they closed at 9:00 pm. Given our daily schedule, a later closing time (even 10:00 pm) would have made a big difference. We would have gladly given this hotel a full five...
