Such a beautiful and very clean property in a stunning spot. It was convenient to get to and near Kitzbuel where we wanted to ski. The rooms are very nice and recently remodeled. So cute! Perfect get-away.

Krasne misto, na ktere se radi vracime

Vynikajici hotel pro rodiny s detmi. Bohaty vyber jidel, prijemna a ochotna obsluha, prostorne pokoje, velky detsky koutek, bazen a SPA nema chybu. Parkovani pod strechou a jako bonus jeste vyhrivany prostor pro lyze a lyzaky primo u stanice lanovky.

wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen , Zimmer waren toll , die kinder hatten ein extra Zimmer , Das Bad könnte etwas grösser sein und für die Skisachen könnte es etwas zum trocknen geben . Spa ist sehr schön auch für die Kinder gibt einen . Schwimmbad war für mich nur etwas zum baden , lustig ist die Wasserrutsche , Fitnessbereich der könnte etwas grösser sein da ich aber immer allein darin war war es entspannt . es gibt überdachte Parkplätze , von mir gibt es 10 Punkte

Hotellet var bra. Dock fick vi veta på sista kvällen att kl 22:00 slänger vi ut er utrustning ur det skåp där vi förvarar pjäxor, skidor och skidkkläder om det inte tömms inna 22:00! Hade vi vetat det innan hade vi kunna hyra ett annat skåp bredvid och flytta vår utrustning på em. Nu hade hotellet inga lösningar, erbjöd inge hjälp eller förståelse för att vi behöver ett skåp även natten till sista dagen då vi kommer åka skidor under hela sista dagen innan avresa till flygplats. Hotell portiern och ägaren var otrevlig och helt oförstående, inte i paritet med vad jag förväntar mig av ett 4 stjärnigt hotell!

Good winter ski break

Good family orientated hotel, very helpful staff and closest to the new Hartkaiserbahn lift. The hotel has some good up to date facilities but parts are a little dated but not to the extent that it would distract from your stay. Dinner option very reasonable.
