"Amazing resort with great spa and pools. For the moderate price we paid, we really got a lot of value for the money. The breakfasts were amazing. The first morning as a stylish and calm buffet at the Platinum Adults building. The second it was only served morning in the main building. "We initially booked a triple room, but upon arrival, we were not given the room we reserved. The receptionist was unhelpful, unfriendly, and made no effort to resolve the situation. Instead of offering a solution, she demanded an extra fee of 500 CZK per night for an additional bed. When we asked to speak with the manager, she refused to let us do so. Overall, the service was extremely disappointing and unprofessional. That said, the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained. We really liked the sauna, the pool, and the room in general. It’s just disappointing that the hotel offers triple rooms for booking when they apparently don’t have them available."
