"We had such a wonderful stay at Panan Krabi Resort! 🌴✨ The location was excellent, especially if you want to explore Ao Nang. It’s close to the shopping areas, restaurants, the beach, and all the main tour options. The beach is just about a 5-minute walk away, and you can easily book tours directly from the reception, including Hong Island, Phi Phi Island, and many other excursions. Railay Beach is also super convenient to reach, around a 15-minute boat ride away. The room service was quick, and the property itself was always clean and well maintained. A special mention to Sasha from housekeeping, who was absolutely superb. 💕 She went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, cleaned our room every single day, and put in so much extra effort. We truly appreciated her kindness and service. The breakfast options were amazing, and I especially appreciated how well they catered to vegetarian guests. There was a great variety, and it felt like they had thoughtfully considered different dietary preferences. The resort itself is beautiful, clean, and comfortable. One thing to keep in mind is that it has more of a family-friendly, mixed-age atmosphere rather than an intimate couples-only or boutique vibe. So if you’re looking for a quiet boutique resort specifically for couples, this may not be that style. But for a comfortable stay with great facilities, location, service, and plenty of things to do nearby, it’s a fantastic option. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay"

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Nai Yang Beach and couldn’t have asked for a better place to enjoy Phuket. The resort is beautiful, exceptionally clean and well maintained, with stunning views and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. The food was fantastic, with a great choice of restaurants and dining options — every meal was a pleasure. What really made our stay special, though, was the warm, kind and genuinely helpful staff. Everyone went out of their way to make us feel welcome and looked after. A very special shout-out to Mr J-Ro at the Lounge Bar, whose fantastic service and amazing coffees made our visits there particularly enjoyable. His attention to detail, friendliness and professionalism really stood out. ☕️👏 The only small negative for us was that the beds are quite small for two people, which could be improved, especially for longer stays. Apart from that, we had an amazing time in Phuket, and the resort was a big part of what made our holiday so enjoyable. We would happily return and highly recommend Phuket Marriott Resort & Spa, Nai Yang Beach to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing and welcoming resort in Phuket. "L’hôtel était vraiment parfait pour nous. L’emplacement est excellent : les rues principales, les endroits animés en soirée et le marché de nuit sont à seulement quelques minutes de marche. C’est aussi très facile d’y organiser des activités et des excursions vers les îles. La piscine est très agréable et propre, avec suffisamment de chaises autour pour relaxer. Le personnel est d’une grande gentillesse partout dans l’hôtel. Mention spéciale également au personnel du petit bar de la piscine, toujours très gentil, efficace et poli. Nos lits étaient très confortables et les chambres sont généralement bien insonorisées. Seul petit bémol : l’insonorisation est un peu moins bonne dans les chambres qui ont une porte communicante. L’hôtel a un peu d’âge et certaines parties mériteraient éventuellement d’être rénovées, mais rien qui ait nui à notre séjour. Les déjeuners sont excellents et offrent un très bon début de journée. Nous avons aussi apprécié les efforts environnementaux de l’hôtel, notamment l’eau fournie dans des bouteilles de verre et la réduction du matériel à usage unique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour et nous choisirions cet hôtel de nouveau sans hésiter."
