The young woman at the desk, I think her name was Amanda, was great.
We booked this hotel because it met the criteria of sleeping 5 people. It was advertised as 2 queens. Naturally I concluded that this means that there is a sleeper sofa or a cot or a roll away or something.
Nope.
The "sleeps 5 people" advertisement - which is shown on both Expedia and the first party booking website - was simply not true. They advertised five, but it only sleeps four, and we were told that they cannot give us a cot or a roll-away because of "fire code."
So one of my kids ended up sleeping on a pallet of stacked up blankets under the desk, on the floor. Luckily he's a trooper and we did fine and he still got a night's sleep. But this is absolutely NOT what we signed up for, paid for, and were promised.
