Great location for UTK Parent's Weekend. The little market at the hotel is helpful and the staff is very kind. The bathroom door wouldn't close all the way and the toilet kept running, but I didn't bother making a report so no fault of the hotel.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing Stay at Hilton Garden Inn – Knoxville, Papermill Road! I had an absolutely amazing experience at the Hilton Garden Inn in Knoxville on Papermill Road! I stayed in a King Deluxe room for my birthday, and my family joined me with two additional rooms. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what you’d hope for. The staff was spectacular — friendly, professional, and went above and beyond to make our stay special. The food was delicious, and the location couldn’t be better — convenient to everything yet peaceful and relaxing. I can’t say enough about how amazing this hotel is. I’m usually a tough critic, but this place truly impressed me. I’ll never stay anywhere else when I come back home to Knoxville! Highly recommend!
