Love the room layout. Very clean and spacious. The room didn't feel or smell stuffy; in fact, it seems like this hotel has a much better air filtration/flow than any other hotel we've stayed in.
The beds were comfortable. The blackout curtains were amazing. The room was nice but it was a little loud with hearing noises from neighboring rooms. The work out area was very well equipped and clean.
Lobby is beautiful, beds are awesome but rooms are small. Staff was excellent. I will say I was traveling with a service dog. I called in advance to make sure all ok. Upon check in I was told all ok with my service dog and no extra fees. However upon check out I was charged an extra $179.00. When I asked why I was told, “sometimes the pet fee is automatic. “ They refunded the amount but had I not checked I would have been charged.
