โThis hotel is beyond 5 stars. The receptionist Katie is beyond helpful and friendly. She accomodates everything that I asks without any hesitation. The room is modern, beautiful and clean. The location is excellent, only 2 mins walk from the pier. The welcome gift juice is provided upon arrival. Cannot express how much love I have for this hotel. Definitely will stay at this hotel if we come to Phi Phi again. โ
โI just stayed one night but it was quite good experience for me. Specially friendly staff, i asked many things but staff was kind to answer my question.
It is a little bit far but price is affordable.โ

However, structure of building is very weak againt noise when somebody in next room makes noise after drinking at late evening. Problem is the reception close around 10 pm I had to complain next day but same thing was happened again on that day. Staff of the resort can only say sorry. I really suggest the resort to make a strict regulation for such uneducated and unmannered guests to be discharged in...
