"This was our second visit to this wonderful hotel and we would return again. The staff are brilliant and very friendly. They work so hard to give the guests a good time. The grounds are gorgeous and very well looked after. Our room overlooking the pool and the ocean was well appointed and fit our family of 4. One negative we felt was the price of the extra bed for our daughter. Otherwise, we love this hotel and would love to return again."

"I had a wonderful experience at the Grand Mercure Hotel. It is in a great area close to everything and the accommodations were great. It was clean, safe, they provide a delicious buffet breakfast and even decorated my room for my birthday without me asking. All around great service. Also check-in was very smooth thanks to Alvin. If staying in Phuket this is a great choice. "

"Excellent resort. The seaview rooms are fantastic... gorgeous view. Patong beach , shopping, restaurants, massages, night life are all accessible by walk ( 15 Mins or so) ... or a very short Tuk Tuk ride. "

"Saii phi phi truly felt like paradise. We stayed here for 2 nights to relax. The staff were so friendly. They have 2 pools normally but 1 of them was under maintenance which was unfortunate. It made the 1 pool very busy and hard to get a lounging chair. We ate at ruan and api restaurant. Both places were great. Ruan is in the forest so there was a high chance for bug bites. The restaurant was also very far from our villa and the staff was happy to call buggy service which was such a nice treat! Getting to the resort was a bit of work and I highly recommend you wear sandals because getting on and off the long boat depended on whether or not its high or low tide. You might have to walk out further and into the water. "
