Kobe MerikenPark Oriental Hotel
Room is clean. The issue is with the checking process. The staff did not offer any information about the property. There is a shuttle bus available but the staff has ever given us any information. The staff has no facial expression and seems unhappy in everything.

Really good location but room is very small and was a bit dusty. In comparison to other hotels we stayed in japan this was the least clean out of all of them but overall still very clean for a normal (non japanese) standard.

Although we arrived earlier than the designated check-in time, we were allowed to check in, and the breakfast was delicious. However, the room cleaning was not done properly.
