Property was very nice and well maintained. Dining area was a little congested at times however, it appears that a facility is being constructed on the premises to accommodate. Breakfast was great! The staff was very courteous and helpful and despite large crowds kept the area clean and fully stocked with the great breakfast selections.

Excellent hotel. 5 stars well deserved. Confy bed and nice room facing the sea. Special big thank you to Sofi who helped my mother and I a lot. One proposal. To put wooden road to the beach. This will be nice addition for old people to walk to the sea.

Amazing hotel, great views

Amazing hotel right on the beautiful long beach with the waves crushing almost under your window. Large, spacious and modern rooms, stylish and well-decorated too. Great WiFi, amazing breakfast of enormous quantity and great quality and variety. Personal service from great people. Only a design miss, the balcony leaves a gap where a foot may slip in and cause injury. But nothing to worry if you notice this and you also take care of children.

Rooms and premium suits were ok, but nothing like 5 star as advertised or costed in August. Lots to improve including better beach beds and organised restaurant service. Property has a potential but lacks funding . If there were more decking to get to the beach or beach service for drinks. Bar on rooftop opens only evening and no vibe and bland cocktails. View from room stunning, Thai massage was great l, staff at reception very attentive and helpful. Breakfast small and always busy. So much potential to improve more services drinks and entertainment as property is calling itself a 5 star resort. Pet friendly which was great!!!

The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than that it was an okay stay. I would give it 3.5-4/5.

A nice, yet not finished hotel. The only thing that really bothered were the large gaps on the balcony between the floor and the glass, I was constantly worried that my child can fall through. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay. Nice warm clean sea, very few people at the beach, amazing nature around.

1. Пляж не обородувон так как на фотографиях - то есть ОБМАН !!! 2. Утром нужно стоять в очередь чтобы позавтракать или попить кофе, столовая очень маленькая ... 3. Вечно не хватает тарелок и приборов приходится ждать пока помоют ... 4.На ресепшене более или менее разговаривают на русском или английском но остальной персонал не бум-бум ... 5. Вода в бассейне очень холодная и бассейн так же не совпадает с рисунками - так же ОБМАН !!! 6. Стандартный завтрак каждый день одно и то же каждый божий день ... 7. В ванной комнате всегда накапливается вода после душа и проблема с вентиляцией ... 8. Цены в ресторане на 8-10 лари дороже по сравнению с другими ресторанами в городе ...

Tolles Hotel

Wir waren skeptisch, als wir bei der Ankunft die Bauruinen hiter den zwei vorderen Blöcken sahen, aber mehr als begeistert von der Qualität des Hotels. Super Service, sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Tolles Zimmer, super bequeme Betten, tolle Aussicht und Ausstattung. Besonders das Frühstück ist hervorzuheben! Extrem vielfältig und individuell mit persönlichem Service. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Sehr angenehmes Hotel und Service, sehr gepflegt, super sauber, neuwertig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben unseren Aufenthalt verlängert. Hier merkt man, dass Management Vorort ist und auch sehr engagiert ist. Nach 3 Tagen können wir die gute Stimmung auch im Team bestätigen, hier macht es Spaß und wir hatten super Zeit - danke dafür! PS. Wir meiden Hotelrestaurants wurden aber in diesem Hotel sehr positiv überrascht. Sehr gutes Essen und trotzdem preislich sehr bodenständig. Frühstück war ausgezeichnet, bestes seit vielen Wochen (wir sind schon etliche Monate unterwegs)

Toll wenn ohne Raucher

An sich ein tolles Hotel. 1. Reihe Strand, wenn Block E oder D. ungehinderte Sicht aufs Meer, Toll für Sonnenuntergänge, angenehmer Pool, früh morgens, wenn noch leer, aber für mein Empfinden zu teuer. Eine Reservierung im Rooftop Jacuzzi kostet 35 Euro die Stunde. Alles okay, aber als Nichtraucher im Nichtraucher Hotel ist es unerträglich wenn im Umkreis des Zimmers jemand raucht, dieser Rauch den herrlichen Balkon einqualmt so dass es auch noch ins Zimmer zieht. Könnte so schön sein.
