Happy Stay
I have visited Kodaikanal many times and stayed at various places but this stay was probably the best experience. Comfortable and clean room. Clean and non-smelly bathroom. Toilet looked new. Excellent buffet breakfast. Excellent play area for children with swings and slide. Parrots, Emu, guinea fowl and ducks, badminton and table tennis, village-styled tea shop were nice added benefits. Easy check-out - no waiting in line - just handed over the room card and left.Cordial smiling staff.

Good value for the price
The staff, food services, and housekeeping folks were lovely- helpful, attentive and eager to ensure that we had a great experience and that our needs were met.
The hotel is somewhat dated but a good value for the price. Although wifi was available in the rooms, connecting was difficult and unstable. Power outages and a loss of hot water were issues but they were typically restored in short order. Hotel was clean and covid protocols were in place (masks required).
Breakfast and afternoon tea were included. Limited non- Indian options.
A special shoutout to Vijayar, Padmauthy and Vanitha in Housekeeping for their special care.
