We enjoyed our short stay at this hotel. The rooms are cute, small but very clean and modern. The restaurant/bar downstairs was great and it was conveniently located to many places in shibuya. Once you get the hang of the subway which is less than 5 min from the hotel, everything is smooth and you enjoy Japan.

The hotel was well situated. It was in the upscale resdential Azabujuban neighborhood. There were convenience stores, interesting restaurants and bars near by. Rooms were on the small side (though dominated by a huge bed). Unless you have a subscription to a streaming service, no English (or other than Japanese) language television was available. Bring an HDMI cable to connect to the TV if you have those services on your computer. Pleasant 24 hour coffee area, bars in the hotel, but no restaurants beyond breakfast, which was very nice. Definitely a really nice stay.

We had a Wheel-chair Assistant at the Haneda Airport Terminal 3 who was very helpful and guided us well so found the hotel easily and everything went very smoothly and well. Thank you also for your staff who was helpful & efficient and we found the place very clean. Thank you.
