"We had a great stay at SoonNoeng resort. The rooms were comfortable and clean, the staff were amazingly kind and helpful, food was excellent, pool and beach were lovely. Very convenient location beside the pier for ferry access. Be aware that it is a 15-20 minute walk down the beach for any other restaurant or store, but it is a beautiful walk on the beach."

Water doesn’t drain properly so every time you use the toilet you have to walk through a puddle. Sheets and towels were clean, although you do have to pay a deposit to get a towel at all. Air conditioner leaked water. Sheer curtain in room 188 torn and old. Company needs to reinvest money to maintain and upgrade rooms. Mattress’s are hard as a rock, uncomfortable and you can’t sleep well. Wake up stiff and sore. The only the hotel has going for it is location. Would not recommend to anyone. Would not...
