Every single staff member was kind, attentive, and thoughtful. Even though I can barely speak English or Thai, I felt completely comfortable and safe throughout my stay. There are no direct flights from Japan to Koh Samui, but I’ll definitely be back. And when I do, there’s no doubt — this is the only place I’ll stay. There’s just one thing I regret: On the last morning, I was rushing to prepare for my early flight and didn’t get the chance to properly say goodbye to everyone. To the gentleman who helped carry my luggage, the wonderful housekeeper, and the lovely concierge — thank you so much for everything! You gave me the best holiday I could ever ask for. Until we meet again! 🌺
