Nice Resort

Nice hotel, we didn't have internet connection for the first day and a half which was a little frustrating due to us needing to book other travel arrangements.. You need to hire a moped to get around due to the location unless you want to pay the abhorrent excess charges the hotel puts on your taxi fares, from memory to the airport should only cost 700 baht the hotel will charge an extra 400 for this service.. Also will charge you 250 moped hire when down the road its 200.. Basically most high end hotels will do this, although I think this place is below the high league.. Nice hotel but I think its cheaper to get mopeds/taxis/drinks/food down the rd. Hotel staff are way above friendly.

Alt i alt et bra hotell men trenger en oppgradering og hadde vært fint med en dagligvarebutikk/kiosk i nærheten. Ligger veldig fredelig og stille til uten bråk. Minus var at hotellet hadde ikke personalet til å drive Spa avdelingen sin den ene dagen vi kunne tenke oss det. Hadde også vært topp med et biljardbord eller lignende siden det ikke ligger i nærheten av noe. Må ta taxi hvis man vil oppleve noe mer.

I had a very enjoyable and relaxing two-week stay at Banburee, and I will definitely return. I was extremely impressed with the quality service provided by every staff member, from the gardeners to the front desk staff to the cooks and servers in the restaurant. The location is very well maintained and the staff do everything they can to meet your requests and ensure you are comfortable and happy. My only suggestions would be to install some ceiling fans in the restaurant area because it can be very hot, humid, and uncomfortable in Samui even though it's not the 'hot season.' Also, it would be great if Banburee can reduce its use of plastic straws in all beverages and cocktails. This would fit with their concept of being a healthy, holistic wellness resort. Hopefully, they will consider changing to paper straws or reusable (washable) glass straws.

Best Resort!

Best resort ever! There are so many more amenities than I thought. There are free bikes and kayaks for rent. You can use their cellphone for free so that you can find your way around. You can rent motorbikes at a reservation price! The pool area was beautiful and the staff was super helpful. You can also go to their partnership hotel to use their pool and enjoy their beach!

Personnel très accueillant, sympathique et toujours prêt à vous rendre service, voici le point numéro 1. Hôtel calme et reposant. Prestations proposées très bien (VTT gratuits, Smartphone de prêt gratuit permettant d'utiliser le GPS ou d'appeler en France), piscine extérieure agréable, location de scooters facile sans nécessité de laisser son passeport en caution. Le seul point négatif est sa situation géographique. Un peu éloigné de tout et la plage en face de l'établissement n'est pas adaptée a la baignade.

Unbedingt buchen, wenn man Ruhe braucht

Ein wirklich tolles Hotel, wer Ruhe sucht! Alles war top! Sehr sauber, total freundliches Personal. Die Villen kosten zwar was, aber sie sind den Preis wert. Ich würde dieses Hotel definitiv wieder buchen. Perfekt mit Kindern! Das einzige Problem, es ist weit weg von allem, aber zum 7-11 kann man den Shuttle benutzen. Das Restaurant ist top, für Thailand zwar sehr teuer, aber es schmeckt wirklich gut. Abends gibt es gelegentlich Livemusik. Wir waren eine Woche, über Silvester, dort. Es war wirklich toll!

Great location for a chill inside the resort.

Has many plus points but shame about the loose dangerous dogs on the beach that prevents a walk on the beach ! Nice courteous staff but spa facilities expensive'ish ! Was surprised that I couldn't walk out with a shampoo bottle in my room that was offered as part of my stay :) unless I chose to pay for it of course!
