From start to finish, this holiday was absolute perfection! The highlight was undoubtedly our luxurious room - spacious, beautifully designed, and complete with private pool. Waking up and stepping straight into crystal-clear water was a dream. The food was another standout - every meal was a delight, with fresh, flavourful dishes and plenty of variety. Whether it was a relaxed breakfast by the pool or a candlelit dinner, everything was cooked to perfection. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always ready with a smile - they made us feel truly welcome and cared for throughout our stay.

We had an amazing stay at SAii Koh Samui Villas. The location was beautiful, the staff was super lovely and helpful and our villa was comfortable, clean, spacious, and beautifully furnished. We will definitely be back!

We really enjoyed our stay. The property is away from the busy beach areas so we could escape to a peaceful and quiet space with a private pool. Staff were super friendly, knowledgeable and always available to help.

Some parts of the villas are old and need refurbishing, rusting steel, rotting timber deck areas, Otherwise generally maintained well. Staff are exceptional

Villa was great... staff are amazing...beach although very beautiful...also very rocky... we headed to other beaches for swimming a little bit off the beaten path...all in all a great stay

Had the most amazing time staying at SAii. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful and attentive. My whole stay was seamless and the hotel phone application that you use during your stay is really useful. Definitely recommend to any traveller visiting Koh Samui.

We loved our stay at SAii the rooms were nice and spacious and well set up, very private in a lush garden setting. The plunge pool was lovely to jump into when the pool wasn’t open. The pool restaurant and bar area overlook the beach making it a stunning setting to relax in. Not too many people, great food, great staff quiet and peaceful was just what we wanted. A little out of the way but not far to get to other areas by taxi.

SAii is highly recommended. Great bungalow with great interior and small pool. Hotel complex with fantastic pool area. Breakfast with egg station and Western and Asian food selection. Service is great. All wishes are fulfilled. We will definitely be back one day.

This property is beautiful. The staff are great, super relaxing atmosphere and best - not a kid in sight. We would return without a doubt. We are also vegetarian and they went way out of the way to accommodate. Cheers!

It was such amazing with the service and facilities. I had injury but with the help from the staff at the restaurant, muscle guy and kind lady. I was able to get appropriate treatment. It was high appreciated with the support. I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

If you are looking for a peaceful, relaxing resort then look no further than the SAii Koh Samui Villas. We loved our stay at this beautiful resort on a secluded beach. The grounds were gorgeous and our villa with plunge pool was just lovely. We enjoyed the food at the restaurant with the breakfast buffet being a stand out due to the quality and variety offered. All of the staff were helpful and friendly. Housekeeping decorated our villa for my husband's birthday and provided him with a cake which was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. There isn't a lot within walking distance but you can take advantage of the shuttle service provided by the resort or take a taxi/Grab to get to Chaweng Beach, Choeng Mon Beach or Fisherman's Village. We would definitely stay here again. 10/10

Beautiful boutique resort away from the busy areas but near enough in a taxi to restaurants etc. the private beach was really unspoiled and the resort was in very good condition. The rooms were very spacious and beds large with comfortable mattresses. The staff were absolutely amazing they couldn’t do enough for us. Food was good too! The only downside was there wasn’t enough sunbeds at times around the pool. I would definitely recommend the SAii and return there in the future.

Awesome

Since my flight arrives so early and I didn’t expect that I will be able to check in, but the reception staffs make it happen. This is very extra points special to the international travelers, we’re been on the flight so many hours and able to check in rest and refresh instead waiting until the usual 2 or 3PM. I’m very appreciated ps: and my flight was so early I missed the breakfast but the staffs prepared a togo box 👍👍👍

Beachfront Not worth it

We had a 7 night stay at Saii, we booked a beachfront room and the next day down graded to a deluxe pool room. The beachfront room pool was small and very un inviting. Next room pool double the size they even put a big sandstone box in the pool to make it easier for me to get in out. The whole room was so much better and newer. nothing to much trouble for the staff our shower blocked and flooded the bathroom they came straight away all cleaned up. Food here is beautiful thank goodness as it’s a long walk to anything else. All staff fantastic thank you Ink, Phi Phi, & Tania. Boss in the restaurant and all the restaurant staff spot on. I think you really need a scooter here if you are not content to sit around.

The standard of this hotel was wonderful and if it wasnt for the fact that our agent managed to get us a room upgrade with large pool, we would have been really disappointed. Mainly the fact that the pictures of the beach are not what they appear to be! The hotel beach is very rocky, lots of stones and uninviting. If you’re looking for a beach hotel with soft sand and tourquoise sea, then this is not what you will find here. The main pools are very small too and believe they would have looked more inticing if they had a lighter colour tile, it would have been more attractive. The location is taxi/shuttle ride away from the main strip. The hotel offer a shuttle for THB100 per person each way at selected times to Cheweng which is where you find lots of action and plenty of restaurants. Grateful that this option was available. The breakfast is very repative with no changes to what's on offer at all. In terms of resort restaurants, there is only the one and although they offer themed food nights, the food was fresh but could have had more flavour. Staff however, are lovely, friendly, very approacable and try to do their best to make you happy. If I return to Koh Samui, would choose a location with a nicer beach.

Sehr freundliches Personal! Das Zimmer war komfortabel, sauber und großzügig. Die App zur Kommunikation richtig toll! Das Essen war sehr gut. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist, dass der Fitnessbereich zu klein ist und zu wenig Geräte. Das war ein bisschen schade.

Rauhallinen ja yksityinen hotelli hieman syrjässä

Yleisesti ottaen erittäin hyvä ja mukava hotelli. Huoneet tilavia ja oma uima-allas iso plussa. Majoituimme beach front villassa ja se oli super! Sijainti hieman syrjässä ja lähellä ei juurikaan valinnanvaraa ravintoloista. Henkilökunta erittäin ystävällistä. Ainoa miinus käytännössä hotellin oma ranta, joka oli kivinen eikä siitä päässyt oikein uimaan.
