Fantastic location on the beach, away from busy and crowded areas. All of the staff are friendly and happy to help you with all your needs, especially the super helpful front desk team and the lovely staff in the restaurant.

Property due a refurb but this did not affect our stay . Staff amazing . If you are after a quiet , relaxing holiday, away from the hustle & bustle , then would recommend. Beach was so peaceful.

Truely loved this property. Family friendly The 3 bed room ocean front villa is amazing - great size, layout and location. Staff are the stand out - so friendly and professional Loved the location, quieter area of Samui but still close enough to the action

Great staff and nice hotel

We had a great 2 night stay at this hotel. It's located on a beautiful beach which overlooks Koh Phangan and Ang Thong Marine park. We could even see our home island of Koh Tao as it was clear skies. Our room (plunge pool room) was very spacious and comfortable, although definitely needed redecorating and is a bit older than another Tolani we have stayed at. But it has a kettle and coffee machine, robes, slippers, umbrellas, black out curtains, TV, bath with jets (good hot water, just slow to run the bath) & large shower, with lots of free toiletries. Staff are super helpful and friendly and very attentive, even came to our car with umbrellas when we arrived at night in the rain. The buffet breakfast was very substantial with a variety of stations providing croissants, pastries, jams, toast, eggs, bacon, sausage, beans, potatoes, cheese, cold cut meats, salad, cereals, yoghurts, fruit, dried fruits, rice, noodles, thai dishes and thai soups. As well as a good coffee machine and selection of teas, cow's milk and fruits juices. Good location for us as we had a car, but there are not many parking spaces, so notify them if bringing a car. A little far from Chaweng or Fisherman's if thats what you want for night life, but if you want a nice peaceful beach holiday, highly recommend this area.

The property is old. They built the property onto the sand to give minimal beach space. Hot water is not consistent and despite complaining, it was not fixed. Plumbing is old. Private jacuzzi exists but the jets don't work and the tub is old overall. As we left, we got a call from the staff accusing us of stealing bath robes and a bag which we realized we weren't even provided. I would pick a different spot and hope they renovate before we try it again!

We stayed in Villa 4, one of the 3 bedroom villas. Spacious rooms and great patio area with lovely private pool. The rooms and pool were cleaned regularly, and towels changed as well. Every day, we got given 4 bottles of water and more coffee capsules and tea bags. The location was really good as the hotel was on the beach which was very quiet. 5 stars definitely go to the restaurant/bar staff - incredibly professional and friendly. They were always happy to help and were great when dealing with my food allergy - gluten. Everyone at the hotel acted in a professional manner, nothing we asked for was ever a problem. A great holiday!

worst hotel experience . Don’t let the photos fool you. Super dirty walls , couch , wallpaper falling of , there is a very intense smell in the room, don’t bother to call for help nobody cares, horrible food and I don’t exaggerate.

To be honest, I am disappointed. It does not in any way resemble the pictures in the advertisement on your website. The kids are almost stepping through the outdoor floorboards, and the pools look dirty. The tiles in the Pool is loose. Parts of the shower doesn’t work. We are paying good money to stay here and expect the advertisement to match reality. This place was once, perhaps 10 years ago, a luxurious destination with high standards, but it has suffered from a lack of upgrades and has therefore become worn and outdated.

Der Strand ist sauber und sehr schön. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier richtig. Supermarkt und Restaurants sind zwar fußläufig erreichbar, aber man braucht ca. 30 Minuten. Das Hotel ist sauber und das Personal sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Allerdings ist das Hotel schon sehr abgewohnt. Möbel haben deutliche Gebrauchsspuren, Liegen am Strand müssen dringend erneuert werden. Klimaanlage teils laut und oft unangenehmer Geruch aus der Lüftung

The Sea ei ollut viiden tähden arvoinen

Hotelli oli jo parhaat päivänsä nähnyt. Kulunut, mutta siisti. Aamupala oli pettymys valikoiman suhteen. Meillä oli pienellä altaalla varustettu huone päärakennuksen alimmassa kerroksessa ja altaan ympärillä oli korkeat seinät, joten huoneesta/altaalta ei maisemia katseltu. Muuten rauhallinen alue sellaista haluaville.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the Sea. Uraiwan and the rest of the staff were lovely. We stayed in one of the three bedroom beach villas overlooking the beach. The villas are very spacious with a big garden and the private pool was fantastic. One thing that was not great in our situation: the bedrooms are organised in three separate apartments. As a family with two small kids this was very inconvenient for us (one of us needed to sleep with the kids). For families with older kids or a group of friends the villas are very convenient though. Points of feedback: the villas are a bit dated (can use some maintenance) and the options for the breakfast menu are a bit limited.

L'accueil et le service est parfait. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable, l'hôtel est très calme. Parfait pour un vrai repos loin de l'agitation. Le petit déjeuner a un très large choix ainsi que pour les repas tout est très bon . La chambre nous avions la suite avec piscine et baignoire jacuzzi, très grande avec le patio c'était très appréciable

Wonderful hotel in a quiet location

We had a fantastic stay and this hotel. The rooms were clean and the views fantastic.the jet bath in the room was incredible.plenty of room for 2 people. The beach was lovely and quiet and the restaurant served fantastic food. The staff we so helpful and friendly.we will definitely stay again if we return to koh samui.

Wonderful staff and great food

We love the hotel staff and their restaurant. We ate there everyday! The spa was nice as well. The hotel is slightly dated and probably needs an update soon, but it was nonetheless comfortable. We had a sea view room and the noise level is not as bad as probably the room facing the street.

If you are booking because of the giant bath tub. You will be disappointed, they never thought to put a big enough water heater for it. I booked for that bath tub. No nice bath for me.:( They said all the baths had the same small water heater.

Problème de réservation avec l’appli Et mauvaise communication entre Hôtels.com et l’hotel. L’hotel une fois sur place nous affirmant qu’aucune suite comme celle que nous avions réservé n’est disponible, veut nous faire séjourner dans une petite chambre hors de prix (la manager au téléphone qui tire les ficelles de son pauvre pantin à l’accueil) nous refaisons la démarche de réservation devant eux et cette fois ça fonctionne. Pas d’excuse ni de dédommagement quelconque après ces 2 heures passées devant le desk dans un hôtel au milieu de nulle part avec des frais de taxi exorbitant pour le moindre petit trajet. Point positif : les massages (prenez 1h30 l’heure passe trop vite) la suite vue sur mer (au loin par dessus les toits de devant) est propre
