My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice.

Amazing hotel! Everything was spotless, the rooms were extremely clean, the bathroom was great and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and we loved that coffee was available anytime.
The location is excellent – you can easily walk everywhere (around 30–40 minutes to most attractions), which made exploring Prague so easy.
From start to finish, everything was perfect. Highly recommend!

Very good value
Check in is more complicated than it should be, but other than it's a terrific place. Very nice rooms and a wonderful restaurant. Breakfast coffee could be better, which is a bit of a surprise since the restaurant is so good.
