"There was no notification of how to get in if you arrive late. When my flight came in after midnight, I went straight to the hotel. I called the hotel, but nobody picked up the phone. There was no buzzer, or indication of how to contact the hotel after hours. My worst nightmare! Nobody cared enough ..."

"Spacious rooms and nice housekeeping staff. I had initial issues with check is. My room was paid for but was not showing as such in their system and my credit card was blocked for that amount again. However I was upgraded to a room with balcony so I am content."
