The pool was so nice and so close the beach! The staff was so nice and the concierge staff literally saved our vacation by helping us book new activities after our original plans got cancelled. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this location.

Our stay at the Sheraton was awesome. We had a great room on the ground floor right next to the parking lot to start when we checked in late. We were able to check in late at past midnight which was very nice. The accommodations in the morning were awesome because they let us stay and enjoy the resort for the rest of the day. We enjoyed the pool and the beach and we’re even able to watch the NFL playoff game overall very surprising beautiful beachfront resort great beach good for boogie boarding and the pool was very relaxing.

Fantastic property! Great lawn games for the kids and 2 awesome pools, one right by the beach with pool side service. We ate both breakfast and lunch at Lava’s - great food and service! The gyms and free morning yoga classes were great amenities!

We stayed in a Villa with full kitchen and washer/dryer making our stay much more pleasant. The room was comfortable, good A/C, nice balcony, a quiet pool away from the larger resort area, and daily maid service. It is close to all our favorite restaurants and shopping areas.

Property was excellent, staff was great. Lava restaurant good location on the water for food and drinks. Rum Fire restaurant was excellent but definitely recommend reservations. The property is located near many restaurants and shops as well. Good amount of beach access for ocean activities and did I mention amazing sunsets!!!

Our room and the property was top-rate. Our 300'+ room size was on the small size but extremely well thought out and had everything we needed. High quality furnishings and nice balcony. Really loved the Resort-great room/bed, beautiful hotel, fantastic location. However, upon checking in, there were tiny bugs on the bathroom vanity. We didn't want to complain-I mean, who wants to complain on a wonderful trip to Kauai?? However, the last day the bugs were all over- in the kitchen, bathroom and also on my laptop on the bed. I called to tell the manager and told her of the issue. Then, upon checking out, I spoke in person to her in person, asking for some sort of compensation. Her response: since we didn't tell her of the bug problem sooner during our stay, we weren't entitled to any sort of compensation. This is the first time I've heard of being "penalized" for NOT complaining. Seriously? Lesson learned!
