The staff was great even before arrival. There was a transit strike the day of our arrival and I was notified by one of the staff members via message in regard to that and they offered to book us a taxi from the airport to the hotel. That worked out perfectly! They were all very helpful with any questions we had and sight seeing suggestions too. The room was clean and very nice. Beds were comfortable as well. I highly recommend this property for your stay in Amsterdam!

It was love at first sight. The hotel is adorable. I would like to hire the decorator to do my home. It was so comfortable and inviting with the perfect mix of styles. Plus we were greeted by a kitty cat & we are huge animal lovers. The staff was friendly & very helpful. Gave great restaurant recommendations.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The restaurant was not at the level of the hotel. Limited menu was made smaller by unavailable choices. The Basque Chicken, which was supposed to be sous vide, was still frozen meaning they couldn’t serve it. Portions were exceptionally small even by European standards. Fries arrived cold but they quickly replaced them when this was pointed out. There were very few patrons in the restaurant which may reflect the quality and value of the food served.
