"Absolument rien de positif. Personnel désagréable qui a du mal avec l’anglais - difficile de se faire comprendre. Chambres sales à l’arrivé et passage du personnel de ménage 1 jour sur 3 au cours du séjour. Les serviettes n’ont pas été changées (les mêmes tâches qu’au début…), la poussière n’a pas été faite et l’aspirateur jamais passé. "Was good and quiet as well.only i felt not treated fairly as i had VIP access on my booking but was given nothings and also i mentioned my husband had birthday the following morning nothings was done even if i.had to pay but he said i will give a drink which he didn't get it...i paid every drink while my VIP package ihad free drinks everyday..on my check out he still charged me the soft drinks i had on my room and when i ask my VIP access package he replied you didn't ask which put me off could do better "
