They went above and beyond to look after my well-being throughout the delays and made the whole experience far less stressful than it could have been.
Beyond the service, the hotel was fantastic — my room had a beautiful view of Minato Mirai, and the location was spectacular. It's right next to a train station with walkable paths branching out in every direction, which made getting around effortless.
If anyone finds themselves traveling to Yokohama, I would highly recommend this hotel."
