The staff are outstanding. I booked a room initially just for me. The day before the trip, my wife decided to join me. I rang the hotel, and a staff member helpfully arranged the change. When we arrived at the hotel, everything was smooth. Two days before we departed, we went to ask how to leave our key as we would be depart early morning. As soon as the staff member realized that we would leave before breakfast, she immediately offered to prepare some sandwich for us the night before. We went to a party the night before our departure. When we came back to our hotel room. Two sandwiches were neatly placed in the fridge in our room. Very nice staff.

Zentral gelegenes Hotel, was vom Bahnhof in wenigen Gehminuten gut zu erreichen ist. Das Frühstücksbüffet ist reichhaltig und man kann im Wintergarten essen. Wir erlebten keinen Platzmangel. Im Hotelzimmer gibt es eine Minibar.

Wir waren zum dritten Mal hier. Der Preis war höher und der Zustand des Hotels schlechter. Kleine Dinge wie zerbrochene Spiegel der geklebt wurde. Ein Riss im Bild der ebenfalls mit Klebeband geflickt. Die Farbe an den Wänden teils abgeblättert etc. Unser Aufenthalt war immer noch völlig in Ordnung. Es fällt einfach auf.

We were three people, and the third bed was improvised. The price of the hotel was higher compared to my previous stays. This is the only hotel I do not recommend. I am very upset and disappointed. The staff was very polite, but the overall feeling is one of deception.

The hotel’s location is very central for the shopping area and the lake, however it didn’t feel part of a noisy location. The room was comfortable, we were a family of four using the sofa bed. The beds were comfortable, but the room did get pretty warm and the fan provided didn’t make much difference. We parked in the nearby underground car park which was 5 minutes walk away. The breakfast was fine. A choice of cereals, bread and meats/cheeses. The dining area felt a pleasant space.

Schönes Hotel direkt in der Altstadt 300m vom Bahnhof entfernt. Zimmer waren sauber das Frühstück war gut. Die Mitarbeiter alle samt freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich würde das Zimmer jederzeit wieder buchen.

I had to leave at 5.30 am in the morning, and therefore I would have missed out on breakfast. Without me having any expectations I was brought a packed lunch to my room the night before my leave.I really appreciated this kindness very much. Also, O received a’Bodensee West ‘ travel card that entitled me to free bus and train travel within the allocated area within the time if my stay at the hotel. It was a great offer! I want to thank the hotel for their excellent service!
