“Loved this older hotel. BUT if you can’t pack luggage up the stairs I would suggest to request a room on main level. No elevator. Walls are thin. Could hear next doors child yelling and screaming and them talking. Breakfast was basic. Just toast, cereal, boiled eggs, yogurt. Bed was comfy. Updated bathroom. Reception very good. Right close to lots of eating options downtown. Would stay here again!!”
“The service especially the attitude of the staffs is super good. When we asked for the hot springs info, everyone there was patient . Not only did they introduce the way to the free natural hot spring by walking the trail, but also gave us smile every time we saw them. The favorite part of this trip was playing at the water slides and all of their aquatic facilities. We spent a fun time there.
