"This hotel is in an excellent location, right next to Hiroshima Station, making it easy to travel throughout Hiroshima and to other cities as well. There are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby—everything you could need is within walking distance. The hotel itself feels fairly new and is very well maintained. One highlight for me was the strong water pressure in the shower, which made for a very comfortable stay. In the mornings, the hotel also offers complimentary coffee, juices, and light pastries in the lobby—a thoughtful touch, even though I didn’t get a chance to enjoy it. The staff were exceptionally kind and helpful. I’d especially like to thank Kiyota and Nagayama, who went above and beyond to assist me with navigating a Japanese website I was struggling with. They gave me their full attention and were genuinely caring throughout. The hospitality that I received from them and the staff was by far the highlight of my experience. I highly recommend this hotel and would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Hiroshima."

"정말 쾌적하고 너무 좁지도 않고 좋았어요. 꼭 필요한건 갖춰져 있어요. 다만 중앙난방관리다보니 더웠어요. 근데 창문여니 곧 시원해지고 더우면 선풍기도 대여해주신다 하셨어요. 그리고 프론트가 정말 친절했어요. 공항버스 타는 곳에 대해서 구체적으로 장소와 시간, 타는 방법을 알려주셨어요. 위치도 양재역에서 가깝고 강남역까지도 도보 15-20분 정도라 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 묵고싶어요."

"Rooms were clean! Super friendly staff always willing to help you out. There’s 3 convenience stores 1-2 minutes walk from the hotel. Subway is a 2 minute walk away! There’s also a lot of cafes and great food places nearby! "

"I wanted to cool down the room temperature but it works for heat only when I stay so I had to leave the window open and outside people could see inside of my room. "

"The only reason I removed a star from my otherwise five star review is because of my third check in experiences. FYI, during my 2 week stay in Korea and Japan, I used JW Marriott as my base camp and checked in three times. The first time was at 6am in the morning, the day after my original check in day. My reservation had been cancelled as a “no show” but that was easily rectified. (I was told to call the next time I would check in late. I actually tried to reach out but that didn’t work out well. But the check out worked out well so no issues there.) Second check in easy as a breeze. Now to the third check in. I think one lad was in training. The other gentleman clearly was supervising. Not the friendliest of sort. He kind of snapped at me to wait in line (which I did). When it was my turn, the guy in training was super sweet. He accidentally offered a late checkout. It would have been nice but I didn’t need one. The supervisor literally knocked on the trainee plainly in sight, clearly scolding him in front of the guests. Not pleasant. I told them I didn’t need the late check out if the trainee was getting into trouble. Long story short, no late check out and I hope the trainee didn’t get into trouble. Point here is that if the front desk members need to sort out things between and among themselves, please do that out of sight. "

"I guess you get what you pay for. The staff here are dismissive and don’t care about you or your needs. The neighborhood around is filled with rude people as well. I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone. I understand people come here for long term plastic surgery needs, but it’s shocking how the staff is here. "
