“Cleaning and breakfast staff were lovely. At reception communication was not great. Firstly at arrival I was not welcomed to pay the sustainability fee by card. They wanted cash. ( it would be good to communicate this beforehand) When I insisted to pay by card to avoid fees from the cash Maschine , all my cards were weirdly rejected at the hotel reception. (My credit cards worked anywhere else during my vacation) I wonder why cash payment is preferred..

“Beautiful, quiet hotel right across the street from a private beach. Staff were superb, always friendly and accommodating; five star experience. The hotel isn’t as close to the downtown - walkable in around 30 minutes, but would recommend renting bicycles for getting around more quickly.”

The rooms are lovley we had a private pool which was obliviously incredible.the beds are massive and very comfortable. WiFi is located all over site and very quick.
Plenty of bars and restaurants around hotel and kos old town is a 15 minute walk maximum.
